Research Center

We ensure that our staff and students have access to high-quality equipment and research facilities to support their academic and professional endeavors. Our mission is to inspire students to conduct innovative, practical, and cost-effective legal research that advances knowledge, addresses real-world challenges, and contributes meaningfully to the legal community.

Book Shop

The bookshop on campus provides easy access to high-quality uniforms, sportswear, stationery kits, revised guides, and other miscellaneous items at very economical rates. It is designed to cater to the academic and personal needs of students, ensuring convenience and affordability within the campus premises.

Photocopy Shop

A photocopy shop is available on campus, offering a variety of services including color printing, scanning, photocopying, USB printing, and printing of educational notes. Students and staff can obtain copies of documents and study materials at nominal rates. The shop is conveniently located to support academic and administrative needs efficiently.

Cyber Zone

The PIL Cyber Zone is a dedicated virtual and physical space that provides a range of cyber solutions and digital resources for students and staff. It is designed to support academic research, online learning, and technological development, offering access to computers, high-speed internet, and other digital tools in a secure and well-managed environment.

Gym

The gym has adequate space with a full mirror wall and is fully air-conditioned. It features a well-matted floor with yoga mats, blocks, jump ropes, dumbbells, treadmills, cycles, and other essential equipment. The facility is also equipped with a built-in sound system and cabinets for students’ personal belongings.

Indoor Games

To take a break from their academic routine, students can enjoy billiards, carrom board, chess, table tennis, and other indoor games. The Indoor Games Hall is well-equipped with modern facilities and is fully air-conditioned.

Girls’ Common Room

The Pakistan Institute of Law (PIL) provides a private common room reserved for female students. The facility is spacious, well-ventilated, fully carpeted, and air-conditioned. An ablution room is available inside, along with a cot and bed for emergency use. The area is strictly monitored, and male students are not permitted.

Boys’ Common Room

The Pakistan Institute of Law (PIL) provides a common room for male students with comfortable facilities. The room is spacious, fully carpeted, and air-conditioned. It also includes an attached washroom with an ablution area. The use of the common room is strictly monitored.

Boy’s Prayer Room

The Pakistan Institute of Law (PIL) provides prayer rooms for male students. Each room is equipped with attached washrooms and ablution facilities. Copies of the Holy Quran and prayer mats are also available inside the prayer room.

Girl’s Prayer Room

A prayer room for female students is available on campus for performing prayers. The room is equipped with an attached washroom and ablution facility. Copies of the Holy Quran and prayer mats are also provided.

Students, and visitors

It is well-organized, secure, and monitored to ensure safety and ease of access at all times.

Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 50 percent marks is required for enrollment in the LL.B Program.

Candidates must have a valid pass result of the Law Admission Test conducted by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HECP).

Candidates must obtain and submit the prescribed Admission Form to the Directorate of Academics within the announced deadline.

The form must be completed accurately and supported with required academic documents.

After submission of the Admission Form, Pakistan Institute of Law will conduct a Written Examination or Entry Test.

The test is designed to assess basic aptitude, comprehension, and suitability for legal studies.

Candidates who secure at least 50 percent marks in the Written Examination or Entry Test will be called for an interview.

The interview evaluates communication skills, academic motivation, and interest in legal education.

A final merit list of successful candidates will be displayed on the notice board and official channels.

Selected candidates must deposit the prescribed fee according to the given schedule to confirm admission.

The detailed fee structure will be notified separately and is subject to approval.

All admitted students who have deposited the fee will be invited to an Introductory Class conducted by the Directorate of Academics.

During this session, institutional norms, values, rules, and regulations will be explained.

Students will receive their class schedule and timetable.

A question and answer session will be held to address queries of newly enrolled students.
